Young looking to fireAston Villa striker Ashley Young has expressed his desire to continue to improve his level of performance despite the impressive start he has made a Villa Park.
Young told the Daily Star: "I've always tried to stay calm and laidback about things,"
"I scored on my debut at Newcastle and set up the winner for John Carew against West Ham.
"I set myself high standards and I want to keep that up."
