Yobo blasts the cynicsEverton defender Joseph Yobo has hit back at cynics who reckoned the Toffee’s season was about to blow up in their faces.
Centre-back Yobo said: “It’s generally the case in life that people want you to fail and make mistakes if you are doing well.
“But we deserve praise for what we have done this season.
“There was always going to be a time when we had a bad patch because every side has one.
“But that doesn’t give people the right to say you will fail and we have come through ours now.”
