Wigan allow striker moveWigan Athletic have announced that veteran hit-man Antoine Sibierski will be allowed to leave the club on a free transfer this summer.
Agent Willie McKay confirmed: "Antoine was looking for another year on top of the year he has left on his contract at Wigan, but it seems he will move on,"
"I have spoken to John Benson and he told me because Antoine has been a good servant to the club they will let him leave on a free transfer.
"Anyone that needs to know about Antoine just needs to speak to anyone at Wigan, Newcastle or Manchester City.
"He is a top quality professional and he was one of the fittest players at Wigan - that would be confirmed by Eric Black or Steve Bruce.
"Antoine still believes he has three or four years left in him and there is sure to be no shortage of offers for him."
