David's said: "People ask me if I will miss playing with Michael Carrick but I think he will miss playing with me,"
"I'm happy for him because he has worked hard and when a club like Manchester United comes knocking on your door, it's very hard to refuse them.
"We will miss Michael but we have brought in some strong players."
