Toffee's lose two for Old TraffordEverton goalkeeper Nigel Martyn is a major doubt for the trip to Manchester United on Sunday.
Martyn limped out of last weekend's 2-0 win at Blackburn with a groin injury and Richard Wright took over for a rare first-team appearance.
Everton boss David Moyes said: "It gives Richard an opportunity if Nigel does not pull through.
Everton will also be without Mikel Arteta for the Old Trafford clash.
The Spanish midfielder, scorer of one of the Toffees' goals at Ewood Park, is suspended after picking up his fifth booking - though he would have been out anyway with a recurrence of a knee injury.
