Spurs star injury confirmedTottenham manager Martin Jol has confirmed that centre half Michael Dawson suffered a concussion when he clashed heads with team-mate Tom Huddlestone towards the end of the clash against Portsmouth at White Hart Lane yesterday.
Jol said: "We will monitor Michael for the next week, he has to be careful with his heading - the normal procedure - and by the end of the week he should be training with us again."
