Smith decides to stayManchester United striker Alan Smith has decided to stay and fight for his spot at the club after numerous clubs revealed their interest in him.
Agent Alex Black said: "He won’t be going anywhere. He wants to stay at Manchester United and he has talked things through with the club and Sir Alex.
"The club has put in place a special training regime for him to get fully fit and then win his place back in the team."
