Rover’s playmaker admits disappointmentBlackburn Rovers midfielder David Dunn has talked of the disappointment he felt following the FA Cup defeat to Chelsea.
"I went through a few days where I didn't really sleep, but that's probably what the fans and everyone else involved with the club went through as well," said Dunn.
"We could easily have thought that was our season finished after we went out of the cup.
"We could have been on our knees and looking forward to the summer.
"But, credit to the lads, in the last two games we've had a real good go at it.
"We were so close to getting to Wembley, but that's gone now and no matter what people say about it being a great performance, it means nothing and we've got to crack on with our own game now."
He added: "The big goal for us is to get into Europe,"
"We've got to take whichever way we can to get into the competition.
"If that's the InterToto then so be it."
