Roeder hails Dyer impactNewcastle United manager Glen Roeder has heaped praise on injury prone midfielder Kieron Dyer.
He said: "There are not too many other players you can compare Kieron with. He has his own style.
"He is very important to the side, like other members of the team. A team is made up of different components.
"But his style of play is both good on the eye, which is important to our supporters, and effective.
"If anyone deserves to stay fit for the rest of the season, it is Kieron Dyer after the 18 months he has had."
