Robbo rejects Niemi chance

Bryan Robson has rejected the chance to bring Southampton keeper Antti Niemi to the Hawthorns.

Niemi's agent Richard Cody said: "I can confirm I spoke to West Brom about Antti, but Bryan has made it clear he wants a younger keeper for his squad.

He told the Birmingham Express and Star: "He may get a younger keeper, but he will not get a better one.”
