Returning Spurs star happy with formFinnish midfielder Teemu Tainio has expressed his delight at his goal-scoring return for Tottenham in a reserve match.
He said: "It was a great feeling to be back out there, I had no problems from the injury and that gives me a lot of confidence, I know I'm fit now.
He added: "It's up to the manager, it's his choice, but from my part I feel I'm ready to go again,"
"Everyone wants to play and I'm no exception.
"We have a lot of quality players who have been doing well but if I'm selected I will try to do my best to help the team."
