Redknapp threatens to leaveIf Southampton fail to stay in the Premiership this season midfielder Jamie Redknapp says he will not stay at the club.
The former England player has been inspirational for third-from-bottom Saints after signing on a free transfer from Tottenham in January
However Jamie said: “I have loved it at Southampton but with so many games in the Championship, I’m not sure I could play in it.
“I have had a few injuries in my career and in the Championship you have to play three times a week. I’m not sure I can still do that.
“But I’m not thinking about that. I think Southampton are good enough to stay in the top flight.”
