Redknapp hoping to land strikerPortsmouth manager Harry Redknapp is being linked with a move for former striker Yakubu.
Redknapp has previously had a big offer rejected by Boro but has recently admitted his determination to land a lethal striker as soon as possible.
He said: “I’m looking for a striker who can get me 15 or 16 goals a season.”
