Redknapp backs GarethPortsmouth manager Harry Redknapp has told new Middlesbrough manager Gareth Southgate to look ahead following the heavy 4-0 defeat he suffered to his Portsmouth side this week.

"Gareth will soon get used to the highs and lows of this job.
"He has already experienced the euphoria of a home win over Chelsea.
