Redknapp: James has another four yearsPompey boss Harry Redknapp is confident veteran goalkeeper David James can continue to play at the top level for another four years.
Redknapp said: "David James will play at least another four years in the Premiership, no danger.
"We want to keep him because there's nobody as good as him around. He's so fit and agile it's unbelievable."
On the ongoing talks with striker Kanu Redknapp added: "We want to keep Kanu because top players are hard to find.
"We're looking at a year with him, and after a certain number of games - I think its 20-25 - he gets another year."
