Red’s defender: That's good enough for meLiverpool full-back Stephen Warnock has revealed his happiness to stay at the club following the summer rumours linking him with a move away to Blackburn.
"I sat down and thought about things in the summer and I felt it was the right time to meet the manager and see what his plans for me were," said Warnock.
"He was straight with me and said he sees me in those plans. That's good enough for me.
"When the boss says he wants you, especially at a huge club like this, you have to stay."
