Recoba ruled outInter Milan midfielder Alvaro Recoba has been ruled out of the Milan derby this weekend after picking up a calf injury against Livorno.
He said: “It’s a curse, I am devastated,” said Recoba after the match at the San Siro. “It’s incredible – I am just a disaster. I slipped and felt a pain in my calf.
“I thought it was just a bruise, but then I realised it was a muscular problem,”
“It’s a real pity because I was feeling in great condition and I wanted to play in the important games against Milan and Spartak.
