Rebel Savage to go cleanBlackburn Rovers midfielder Robbie Savage has revealed his eagerness to clean up his disciplinary record this season.
Savage, 31, said: “I’ve got a few targets this year. The first is not to get booked as much and, secondly, I want to try and score a few more goals.
“The way I play I’m always going to get bookings but I’m going to try and calm down a bit this season.
“My goal return was poor last season — I only scored once. I should be looking at trying to get six or seven this year.”
