Pearce backs striker despite outburstManchester City manager Stuart Pearce has told Bernardo Corradi that he still has every chance to play a major role for the club in the final stages of the season.
“It's down to him and any player when they are out of the team to fight for a place,” said Pearce.
“He's embraced being at City since day one, he has a good work ethic but maybe there's just a bit of frustration on his part. We're happy with him and I need everybody to be battling for a place over the next few weeks through to the end of the season.”
