Pandiani move imminentIf Birmingham City can agree a price with Deportivo La Coruna, on-loan striker Walter Pandiani could be on the verge of a permanent move to St Andrews.
His agent Francis Martin said: "The contract is near enough sorted out but Deportivo are not moving on the fee,
Deportivo are believed to be holding out for £4m, while Birmingham want to pay no more than £3m.
Martin added: "Once a fee has been agreed the rest of the formalities won't take long but Deportivo have got to be realistic,
"There's also little point in them keeping an unhappy player and Walter has made it clear he wants to stay at Birmingham."
