Old Trafford awaits GreeningFormer Manchester United winger Jonathan Greening heads back to the Theatre of Dreams this weekend knowing his new club West Brom could nosedive straight off the Premiership’s big stage.
Bryan Robson’s strugglers will be relegated on Saturday if they lose to United and there is a winner from Crystal Palace’s Selhurst Park clash with Southampton.
Greening said: “It still means a lot for me to go to Old Trafford. I think we are all buzzing to go there. But whatever the other results, we need to get something.”
Greening declared: “With the United game being at 5.15pm, we will go into the match knowing how the other teams have got on.
“Ideally, we would like to face our final match of the season, at home to Portsmouth, needing a victory to stay up.”
