Moyes rues decisionEverton manager David Moyes was disappointed that his side were not awarded a penalty during the 1-1 draw with Aston Villa yesterday.
"It is another one to add to the collection," said Moyes.
"I think if a centre-half does that to a centre-forward on the halfway line then it might not only be a free-kick, but it'd be a booking as a tackle from behind. He doesn't get the ball so it is a penalty.
"I just said the shots through the pictures showed it was a penalty kick. I can't change it, but I just wanted him to know."
He added: "I thought we played really well. It was a good effort, a good game and I must give Villa credit for the way they came back.
"I thought we had weathered it, but it was not to be."
