Moyes not looking to sellEverton manager David Moyes has quashed reports linking forward James Beattie with a move away from the club.
"There's no talk from us about him moving. You've got to remember that only eight months ago he went through a period where he got six or seven goals for us. That's the sort of period we're hoping he can go through again," said Moyes
"What happened with Beatts is that we found a way of playing that suited Tim Cahill and Andy Johnson.
"That meant we shot out of the blocks at the start of the season, but it also meant that he didn't start in the team.
"He's had opportunities where he could have done better when he's come in and James will be the first to admit that. So this is a chance for him to get a few games under his belt and show enough form to give us a different way of playing which includes him."
