Moyes confident signing will fireEverton manager David Moyes thinks new signing Tim Howard can cement his position as the top goalkeeper for the USA national team.
He said: "Tim missed a little bit of football last season.
"But hopefully we can get him back to the form he showed when he first arrived in England.
"Getting his contract is something we wanted to do. Replacing Nigel Martyn was always going to be a big ask for anyone but Tim earned the contract with the way he kept on performing.
"Hopefully he will now become the USA's regular goalkeeper."
