Milan players backing CarloAC Milan striker Alberto Gilardino has revealed that the players are right behind manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Gilardino said: "The coach has the confidence of the club, just as importantly also all the squad. He is a trainer who has a very important approach to management.
"He was a great player, also with Milan among others, and therefore understands when it is the right moment to speak with the players. He is also a master of tactics."
