Milan continue striker huntAC Milan are still looking to land a new striker for next season after missing out on both Thierry Henry and Cagliari ace David Suazo last week.
AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani said: "It would not have been difficult to pay €24million (£16million) to Arsenal (for Thierry Henry), but the player's €10million (£6.7million) salary for us was not sustainable,"
"Now we will work to find a striker. The market is long and we will move slowly, but it's clear that for the new arrival the only sacrifice will be (Ricardo) Oliveira.
"I don't do names. There is time until the end of August and we will take all of this to make the right choice."
On reports linking him with Barcelona star Samuel Eto’o, he added: "For the moment he's not transferable and he says he wants to stay at Barcelona.
"But Eto'o is at the top of our list, I've never hidden it."
