Luque storms out of Toon

Out of favour Newcastle striker Albert Luque reportedly walked away from St James' Park on the weekend after being told he would not even figure as a substitute.

"I have no idea whatsoever what his thoughts were," said manager Glen Roeder.

"He was in the squad but he wasn't selected as a sub. There's nothing further to be said."
