The Spanish clubs has been granted special permission to sign a player outside the transfer windows following Sergio Ramos' deadline day switch Real Madrid in August.
Sevilla are prepared to wait until January to land Josemi, though indications are that Liverpool are keen to hold onto him, particularly after an injury suffered to youngster Antonio Barragan last week.
