Liverpool misfit returns to Anfield

French midfielder Bruno Cheyrou has returned to Liverpool after his loan spell in France with Bordeaux ended without the club offering him a permanent contract.

Rafa Benitez has never favoured Cheyrou and it seems unlikely that he will get a run if he decides to stay for the final year of his contract.
