Liverpool hero moves to FranceLiverpool midfielder Vladimir Smicer will sign a two-year deal with Bordeaux on Monday snubbing the advances of Charlton and Birmingham.
The Czech International was told at the end of the season by Rafael Benitez that he was surplus to requirements at Anfield but he signed off in the best possible fashion by scoring a crucial goal in the Champions League final and slotting home a penalty in the 3-2 shoot-out win.
Smicer will undergo a medical on Monday before signing on the dotted line.
