Liverpool defender turns down coaching role

Defender Mauricio Pellegrino has knocked back an offer to become assistant coach with Atletico Madrid after being released by Liverpool.

Pellegrino is currently assessing his options back in Buenos Aries and as turned down Atletico as he wants to play on next season.
