Kluivert moves to PSVPatrick Kluivert completed his move to PSV Eindhoven on a free transfer after passing a medical on Thursday. Valencia coach Quique Sanchez Flores advised the Dutchman that he was surplus to requirements and as a consequence his contract with the La Liga club was mutually cancelled.
He has signed a 1-year deal with an option for a further year should he prove a success at PSV. Kluivert took a parting shot at the Valencia coach on his arrival in Holland, revealing, “I’m not happy because I didn’t want to leave Valencia and it hurts that he (Quique Sanchez Flores) could not even give me one opportunity to prove my worth.”
