Keeper expecting the axe

Villa goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen is expecting to be dropped for his derby-day blunder in the 2-0 defeat by Birmingham last Sunday.

He admitted: “I know you cannot keep making mistakes if you want to stay in the team. All I can do is work hard and try to confirm I am still as good a keeper as I know I am.”
