Kanu urged to stayPortsmouth striker Benjani has urged his team-mate Kanu to sign a new deal with the club.
He said: "It is very important Kanu stays at Portsmouth,"
"He is one of those guys who can both create and score goals. He is very experienced and has helped me a lot.
"When Kanu came from West Brom everybody doubted him, but he has a new home here.
"We all want him to stay and all the guys have pleaded with him to sign his contract."
