Jol backs defender to shineSpurs boss Martin Jol thinks defender Michael Dawson will continue to improve in the years to come.
"Dawson is my player of the season," said Jol.
"He played in all the games, the only one along with Paul Robinson.
"It means a lot for a team. He knows as well that he can get better and better because he's improving all the time.
"He had to take a bit more responsibility but I don't think it's to do with Ledley, it was more of a problem for the club than it was for him."
