Jeffers can leave Charlton

English tabloid ‘The Sun’ says that Charlton boss Alan Curbishley is prepared to listen to offers for striker Francis Jeffers

The England cap has failed to find a place in the Charlton first team for and the news is sure to alert Wigan Athletic boss Paul Jewell, who has been promised a £40 million warchest if his team wins promotion from the Championship this season.
