James backs RooneyIn order to curb his temper, David James has backed calls for England team-mate Wayne Rooney to seek help.
PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor believes counseling would help the 19-year-old.
Manchester City goalkeeper James said: "Of course a sports psychologist can help - it's certainly helped me.
"Wayne is still a very young man in a position which has a lot of strain and stress. He is a decent lad under a tremendous amount of pressure."
