Inter approach ValenciaValencia has been approached by Imter Milan for striker Marco Di Vaio.
Following the sacking of coach Claudio Ranieri last week the Italian's future at the Mestalla is now in doubt.
Inter asked about taking Di Vaio on-loan for next season, but Valencia would prefer an outright sale and are understood to already be seeking buyers starting at £6.5 million.
Di Vaio has already admitted this season that he'd like to play for Inter, saying: "At Inter I would play again alongside my former Parma teammate Adriano.
"With his characteristics and mine, he is my ideal strike-partner."
