Hammers midfielder agrees to switchWest Ham United midfielder Shaun Newton has decided to join Leicester City on loan until the end of the season.
Leicester manager Rob Kelly told the club's official website: "We are really pleased to have got him. There were a number of other Championship sides who were in the chase for Shaun, but I think he has seen that we are a club moving forward.
"He's played in the Premiership this season and brings a lot of experience to the club.
"I believe he has been promoted from this level four times during his career - so he certainly knows what it is all about.
"He's quick and direct. He's an honest professional and we know exactly what we are getting with him."
