Gunners target Baggies keeper

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is thought to be eyeing a swoop for West Brom's on-loan goalkeeper Chris Kirkland.

Wenger is still on the lookout for a top class stopper, with Jens Lehmann and Manuel Almunia not considered long-term options for the club.

The Gunners chief will have been hugely impressed with Kirkland's display in the 2-1 defeat of his side at the Hawthorns on Saturday and could decide to swoop in the January transfer window.
