Gunners in for Tottenham targetFrench defender Lilian Thuram is again being linked with Arsenal despite manager Arsene Wenger saying that he could not afford to move for any of the Juventus stars.
Thuram who is now 34 would not however cost Wenger a penny and could join the French contingent at the Gunners as early as next week if reports are to be believed.
Arsenal’s rivals Tottenham Hotspur were also linked to the player last month but seemed to have cooled their interest in the experienced full-back.
Thuram recently said: "There is really little chance I will play in Serie B next season.
"For the moment I haven't discussed a lot with the club but I hope to find a new club."
