Gravesen worried for futureNewcastle and Everton target Thomas Gravesen has expressed his concerns regarding his playing future as the Premiership transfer deadline approaches.
He said: "It's in my mind there are five days left and I go into the Denmark camp on Sunday.
"I fear I'll be stuck in Madrid not playing and doing the thing I love."
"Maybe in five minutes there's a phone call and two clubs have agreed terms and I can be on my way there,"
"We're in contact with clubs and we're negotiating."
He added: "I really hope the coach (Denmark coach Morten Olsen) will understand my situation,"
"Imagine if he says I cannot go and I'm in Madrid for six months and I'm unable to play games.
"That wouldn't help my fitness and that might rebound on him if he wanted to use me as he has done for the last seven years.
"We will discuss it with him and seek his advice.
"I believe he will be there to help me if I need it."
