Giggs sends warningRed Devils favourite Ryan Giggs thinks he is in the best form of his long career and has reiterated his desire to win the Premiership with the club this season.
He said: "Consistency-wise I think I'm in the best form of my life and I'm really enjoying it, perhaps more than ever,"
"I didn't think I'd be playing as many games this season but Park Ji-Sung got injured and I've been forced to play every week, really.
"I'm sure throughout the season I'll be rested on several occasions - I want to play every game but as you get older you simply can't. You just want to be as fresh and effective as possible when you do play."
On the current crop of players at Old Trafford Giggs said: "It's a good mixture of experience and youth - it's exciting to be involved in at the moment," he continued.
"I think everyone was geared up to get off to a good start after the bad ones we've had in the previous couple of seasons.
"We've ended up playing catch-up with Chelsea and the leads they have had have been too big. But we ended last season strongly, we've picked up from there and carried on where we left off."
He continued: "Having Scholesy back has been a massive boost. He gives you so much in midfield; he gives you goals, creativity, he controls a game with his passing - there's no other midfielder like him,"
