Former England star to retireFormer Inter Milan, Liverpool and Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince could give the game away after he was overlooked for the managerial post at his current club Wolverhampton in favour of Mick McCarthy.
McCarthy is still keen to keep the veteran but has yet to hear back from him.
He said: “Paul might not even want to come back,” he said. “But I haven’t spoken to him so can’t honestly say what’s going to happen.”
