Fletcher backs Keane commentsManchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher believes that Roy Keane's blistering attack on his under-performing Manchester United colleagues could produce a rich dividend in Sunday's FA Cup semi-final against Newcastle.
The 21-year-old Scotland international insists when Keane speaks the players know it is time to listen.
He told MUTV: "The manager and the captain are the two most important people you look to,
"You have to sit up and take notice of what they say. Roy Keane has been vocal in the press.
"We all knew about that as he is vocal in the dressing room before going to the press. It does spur us on.
"If he can get an extra bit out of us for Sunday, which he is obviously trying to do, then that is great.
"You learn from players like Roy Keane and how they deal with situations and how they prepare for games.
"That what I have done since I coming into the first team squad."
