Ferguson admits bid plans

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted that he is preparing for another attempt to land Bayern Munich midfielder Owen Hargreaves in January.

"We are waiting to see about it," said Ferguson.

"David (David Gill) is always in touch with them because of the G14 and he sees Rummenigge quite regularly, so we will see."
