Everton star to returnEverton defender Alan Stubbs will return to his old club Celtic for a friendly this weekend.
He said: "I wouldn’t have left Celtic for any other club than Everton.
"I’ll never forget the way they helped me and my family when I was ill.
"I hadn’t kicked a ball for a while yet Martin O’Neill told me not to worry and that there was a two-year deal waiting.
"I scored in my first game back after an operation. It was a real lump-in-your-throat time."
