Everton star thanks fans

Dutch flanker Andy van der Meyde has praised all Everton fans and thanked them for the support they have given him since his move from Italian giants Inter Milan.

He said: "The fans have been unbelievable. I am very happy they support me the way they have and I am hoping to give something back for them soon."
