Di Canio vents his angerOn the eve of Sunday's Rome derby, Lazio coach Beppe Papadopulo is facing a major crisis with his star player, Paolo Di Canio.
Di Canio and Papadopulo had a massive bust-up on Sunday over the coach's decision to substitute the veteran late on in Lazio's defeat by Udinese.
Di Canio showed his anger by unleashing a string of obscenities in the general direction of Papadopulo.
Papadopulo said: "It's true that in the post-match media conference I did not want to talk about Paolo,
"I do not have to judge the behavior of Di Canio: you must ask him. I can only speak about my behavior.
"If I have to make a change, then I will do so with an open heart. If someone wants to question my decision, then they can do so to my face.
"If in the derby, I have to replace him, I would not hesitate to do so. I don't have to alter my decisions just because a player may rebel against me."
