Del Piero warns team-matesJuventus legend Alessandro Del Piero has expressed his happiness to score a hat-trick for the club against Crotone but warned his team-mates not to get carried away with the thought of returning to the Serie A next season.
Speaking directly after the 5-0 win Del Piero said: “I am very happy with the three goals and how we managed to perform at a steady level for the whole 90 minutes,”
“We always seem to keep some form of consistency on home turf, but a bit less on our travels. This result will certainly give us the enthusiasm to train even harder.”
He added: “It is not an easy situation, as many of us are already looking to the future and what will happen next. I have a lot of experience and think everything sorts itself out if you focus on the present.
“The club will take care of the future, all we need to think about is this championship, which is no easy task.”
